In 1985, he started running trips to the Baffin Bay area. He is full time fishing and hunting guide, so he doesn't split his time with another career. He concentrates on offering guided duck hunting and fishing trips only. Kelly focuses on giving you the best fishing and hunting experience there is when he guides a trip for you. Fishing and duck hunting is a way of life for Kelly, not just a past time.
Kelly has been the past Chapter president of the local CCA organization, as well as a commercial fisherman. He has owned a local tackle store and was president of another local fishing club. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Warriors Weekend, a very worthy organization that brings wounded soldiers from the Afghanistan and Iraq theaters to Port O'Connor Texas for a weekend of fishing.

04 What are the deposit and cancellation terms?
A 50% deposit is required upon booking. A strict 21-day cancellation notice applies, and bad-weather days will be rescheduled.
