Kelly has been the past Chapter president of the local CCA organization, as well as a commercial fisherman. He has owned a local tackle store and was president of another local fishing club. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Warriors Weekend, a very worthy organization that brings wounded soldiers from the Afghanistan and Iraq theaters to Port O'Connor Texas for a weekend of fishing.

Kelly
Parks has been
offering fishing and hunting guided trips to the Texas Mid-Coast bays
since 1983, which gives him over 35 Years experience guiding.
Kelly was born and raised in Victoria, Texas. In 1985, he started
running trips to the Baffin Bay area. He is full time fishing and
hunting guide, so he doesn't split his time with another career. He
concentrates on offering guided duck hunting and fishing trips only.
Kelly focuses on giving you the best fishing and hunting experience
there is when he guides a trip for you. Fishing and duck hunting is
a way of life for Kelly, not just a past time.
